M-Sportz is short for Mosaic Sportz. M-Sportz is a sister company of Mosaic Threads. Mosaic Threads has been in business for 10 years and we have been a part of the sports community for many years. We strive to be a one stop shopping place for all of your sporting needs.

WHY SUBLIMATION

Sublimation is the process of transferring dye to a fabric using heat. The graphics are printed on special paper, placed on the garment and heat is applied, allowing the ink to become part of the fabric. This leaves you with a breathable, soft-hand to the fabric.

  • Design is virtually unlimited
  • Unlimited number of colors
  • Design is heated into the garment so it very durable, won’t crack or peel
  • Can be cheaper than traditional print in some cases
  • Fabric is higher quality and very comfortable
  • You can’t feel the print at all, giving the fabric a soft feel.
  • It is also easy to reorder one from us in the future as we keep your design on file.

DESIGN

We have our own design team dedicated to creating your custom sublimated apparel. You can send us some ideas that you like and we will use those as inspiration to make a custom design for you. If you don’t have any examples we will come up with a custom design that makes you look good. Normally we don’t push templates for teams but feal free to use anything on our site. We like doing custom designs so let us know what you need.

QUALITY

We offer you great quality uniforms that are as good as or better then the big name brands, but you won’t pay as much. We have total control over the process and this means we can change or tweak anything to your preference. We have access to many different fabrics and fabric weights. Not all poly fabrics are the same, we use the high quality poly fabric.

TIME FRAME

Our production time frames are similar to others in our industry. Normal time frame is 2-3 weeks after everything is approved and we get final information. Mosaic does offer a quicker service for V-necks, crew necks and longsleeve jerseys at an increased price. We can have them done 5-10 business days.

RETURNS

Mosaic makes fully custom uniforms. Every order is produced solely for the customer. For this reason we can not accept returns. If there is an issue with the order we will always do our best to make the order correct and to your satisfaction. Any problems with items that may qualify for a redo or credit must be reported within 7 days of being received. This includes issues regarding design, misspelled names, missing items, or items with rips or tears. We need to be notified right away to take care of it.

SIZING

Our sizing charts can be found on our Sizing Page. Our products are made to the measurements on our sizing charts with a tolerance of +/-10%. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size. We suggest each team be sized from our samples for best fit. Customers can measure thier old jerseys and compare to our sizing spec sheet to get a general fit.

ADD ONS

Policy for Addons

Up to 25% charge for all add ons (under 10 pieces) if the client has ordered 10+ in a previous order.

Up to 40% charge for anything under 10 pieces if a client has not ordered at least 10 previously.

Add-on time is still 2-3 weeks.
